IPF Club Championships – The judges have completed their tasks. And the results were announced last Sunday. The Club improved its overall standing compared to the last few years. This year we were placed 9th in Colour, 5th in Mono and overall in 7th place – ahead of some of our “main rivals”. As Helen has explained we were only 15 points away from being in 3rd place. Many thanks to the selection committee (Helen Hanafin, Noel Dunne, Gerry Andrews, Charlie O’Neill and Gerard Kelleher) who worked so hard to prepare the panels and to those whose images represented the club.

FIAP Photo Academy – The final presentation for this season will be “Images by a Photographic Artist” with JR Schnelzer EFIAP FPSA MPSA2. During this presentation JR will show many of his images – both before and after – and will review several applications that he uses to enhance what his mind’s eye saw when he clicked the shutter of his camera and create the result. Booking is at https://bit.ly/3uBpWV5
